We Are People Bar | Cleethorpes

We Are People Bar has just opened its doors to the public in my hometown. Described as a small little corner of Cleethorpes, for like minded folk to enjoy the finest food and drink. I was very intrigued as to what this place would have to offer, so I was quick to pop down on the opening day! I love the rustic look of the building on the outside, and I was even more impressed with what they had to offer inside.

Warmly greeted upon arrival, we eyed up the selection of ales and wines offered on display. We were offered advice with help choosing our choice of beverage. I am so pleased to find that We Are People Bar have done a fab job decorating this small space!
The small space has been used wisely, I think the bar offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Every nook and cranny has something to catch the eye. I love the exposed walls, and cosy feel the place has to offer. The space is full of charm, and filled with lovely fresh flowers.

Being a lover of ale and fine foods, I was easily pleased with what the bar had to offer.

We Are People Bar have made great use of the space, offering cosy seating areas inside and out.
We decided to opt for a pale ale they had on draft. It was lovely and smooth, with a hint of fruitiness. It went down a treat in the Bank Holiday sun.
I adore the beer garden. While it may be small and cute, I can imagine it having a lively atmosphere at night.
The bar is in a perfect location, in the heart of Cleethorpes. It is based just round the corner from the seafront, on Cambridge Street. It would make a great pit stop on the way to the high street, so be sure to pop in on your next pub crawl, and try one of the many guest ales they have to offer!
The beer garden was filled with colourful plants, candles and other decorative pieces! They really have gone to town with decorating this place.
Enjoying our pale ales.
As I was so impressed with my first visit, I was quick to return to find out what the menu would have to offer.

We were warmly welcomed to take a seat and make ourselves comfortable.

This time I opted for a flat white coffee.
We came in around 12, as lunch isn't offered till 1pm I decided to indulge with a full English. I must say, this is the fanciest full English breakfast I have ever seen in Cleethorpes. The breakfast was presented beautifully and neat. It was presented with a selection of traditional toppings arranged on the side. I thought this was a lovely unique touch. The breakfast was delicious, the egg was cooked to perfection and the bacon was done lovely and crispy.

My friend ordered a plain sausage muffin, but you can choose from a selection of breads and toppings.
Overall I am delighted with what this place has to offer. I am a big fan of supporting local businesses, and I am thrilled to see places like this popping up in Cleethorpes. The staff are friendly and welcoming, offering good honest food and plenty of interesting ales, whats not to love? We Are People Bar are ticking all the boxes. While it appears a cosy cafe in the day, it is a charming bar by night.

I hope you found this review helpful.
Much love, The Hungry Little Lady x
