Message In A Bottle | Cleethorpes

Message In A Bottle is a specialist beer retailer, newly opened in my little seaside hometown of Cleethorpes. They proudly stock local ales and craft beer from all corners of the world. Being a lover of craft ales, I was delighted to be invited to the see the new place!

Message In A Bottle is a family run specialist bottled beer shop and is located on Cambridge Street.
I was warmly welcomed by Charles, the owner. He invited me in and informed me on his premium beers that are sourced locally and also hard to source beverages from all over the world as far, as Japan and Australia.

Tip: If you can't find the beers you want, they will happily source them for you!

If you are planning a party or a function, MIAB are more than happy to provide you with unique drinks and snacks. They can provide bottles, cans, kegs and a variety of specialist soft drinks to make any occasion more special.
I love trying new beers and can't wait to try out the marvellous collection of ales. These would make great gifts for any ale enthusiasts like myself.
I love supporting the local community, so I am pleased to finally see local ales being stocked. MIAB will be the only place in Lincolnshire to stock a full range of local ales including: Batemans, Tom Wood, Black Horse Brewing and Axeholme Brewery.
With such an expansive range of world beers, the hardest part will be deciding which one to try first!
With a range from ginger ale to pale ales and strong IPAs there is something for everyone.
Be sure to pick up a bag for your bottles! These vibrant, vintage styled, eco bags are 100% cotton. Perfect for carrying your beer bottles home! Also great food shopping as there is now a 5p charge on plastic bag in large stores.
They also offer a small collection of tasty high quality snacks such as locally sourced Pipers crisps, my favourite! Scrubby crisps are also available, which are sourced from Grimsby!
I am happy to see this shop brought back to life and I think it will add nicely to the independent collection of shops around Sea View Street. I'm very impressed with the customer service, Charles is more than happy to inform you on his collection of stock.  Keep your eyes peeled as more quality ciders and wines will be introduced. Be sure to pop in and pick yourself up some locally sourced or exotic beers to enjoy!

Thank you for reading.
Much love, The Hungry merry Little Lady x

  1. This looks so cool! I work for an independent business myself, and there's such a wide community of them growing around the UK. It's really nice that there's now more interesting and quirky shops around, rather than just big chains. Love this!
