In fact, I've mentioned this book on the blog before because it's that good. Madeline is a goddess in the 'superfood' world. Her philosophy is all about enlivening the hottest, healthiest and happiest you. This book is beaming with dreamy recipes that encourage you to eat foods that heal your gut, so you can shine from head to toe and really get the glow. Madeline's got you covered from filling, nutritious breakfasts to healthy snacks and mouth-watering dinners. What I love about this book is not only is it full of delicious recipes, but that it is also a lifestyle book, as she shares her experiences and advice. Madeline is so passionate about enjoying food and nourishing the body, so you'll loose weight, feel healthier and glow inside and out. What a babe!
Ella is all about loving your life, loving your food and loving your self! Ella shows you how easy and delicious it is to eat healthy. Forget bland salads, Deliciously Ella is all about scrumptious desserts, raw treats and incredible veggies. Again, I love this book because not only is it full of tasty recipes but full of information and nutrition. Warning: This gal will get you hooked on sweet potatoe brownies... (Hey, don't knock 'em till you've tried 'em!)
Ahh Jamie, his recipes never seem to disappoint! Clark and I, love lazily browsing his mouth-watering recipes on our days off. Only this time, I'm swapping his comfort foods for superfoods! Everyday Superfood is jam-packed with tasty, nutritious meals. I love that he incorporates a huge range of different cuisines from Asian to Moroccan dishes. Every recipe in the book promises to bring you to a healthier, happier you. Sounds good to me!
The Sirt DietThe latest to my collection: The Sirtfood Diet. I mentioned this regime that's got everyone talking about in 2016 in my last blog post - see here. This book is packed with tasty, nutritional meals that are rich in sirtfoods. Sirtfoods are the new craze, people! Labelled as 'wonder' foods (aka the new superfoods) that turbo charge weight-loss. For the person who always complains about not having enough time to cook, this is the one for you! The only down side is that it doesn't contain pictures! All the recipes are super quick and easy to make and not to mention yummy! Healthy eating has never been so simple - and yummy.
