The Routine I Will Be Doing In JanuaryWhile I'm still totally digging yoga at the minute, a new found passion of mine is spinning. Never in a million years would I think I would get into spinning, but I'm really enjoying it right now. I don't think I've ever pushed myself so hard, well ever. Spinning is a solid 40 minutes of intensity. I like the upbeat music and teacher yelling at everyone to go faster. The only thing I'm not digging about spinning is my tomato-like face once it's all over, sexy.
The Song To Add To Your Playlist'I can't get no sleep' by Faithless. If this dance anthem doesn't get you peddling or running (whatever your jam) like a maniac, I don't know what will... I love this on full blast while doing 60 second intervals of high intensity sprints. It's impossible to feel 'meh' when listening to this remix.
The Workout Video to Give A Go
Fat Destroyer by Blogilates. I think everyone will need to give this one a whirl after all the over- indulgence during the festive season. This workout is great as it requires no equipment, you can simply put it on in your living room and use your body alone for a full body workout and even better it's only 8 minutes long, so no excuses...
The Recipe To Try OutNot a recipe per se, but more a collection of recipes. I can't wait to try more from Every Day Superfood by Jamie Oliver. Once I saw the word 'superfood' I was pretty much sold, as I'm a sucker for them. I bought this early December, as I thought it would be great to try out in the New Year; one of my resolutions is to start cooking from scratch more. I'm often out wining and dining and when I'm at home it's usually Clark in the kitchen being an ex-chef, so I want to get more involved in the kitchen and share more recipes on the blog. There are tons of tasty recipes packed in this book that I can't wait to try out.
Thank you for reading.
Much love, The Hungry *sweaty* Little Lady x
